And they’re extremely honored to be recognized as the Best of the Best in Oil Change Service (Quick Lane), and Automotive Salesperson with Ernie Doeden. They also want to recognize Jordan Myers and Braden Rogers as honorable mentions in the Automotive Salesperson category, and Quick Lane as honorable mention for brake service.

Bill Colwell Ford recently donated a 2009 Chevrolet Traverse to the Automotive Technology program at Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo, IA. This donation makes Bill Colwell Ford the first dealership in the Cedar Valley to become a part of Hawkeye’s Key Partners program. The program builds relationships between local car dealerships and the college to provide vehicles for demonstration and teaching in the Automotive Technology program.

Ernie Doeden has been part of Bill Colwell Ford for 25 years and a Sales Representative for 18 of those years. During his time at the dealership, Ernie has been Salesperson of the Year 12 times, including this past year. He also was selected as the First Place Automotive Salesperson in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier Best of the Best in the Cedar Valley in 2019. Bill Colwell Ford is proud to recognize Austin Kramer for completing Chassis Master Retention and Engine Master Retention in Ford’s Masters Program. Austin is achieving this status for the first time. Austin is one of 596 technicians in the Chicago region who holds the Chassis Master Retention status, and he is one of 671 technicians who holds the Engine Master Retention status.
