Let's Introduce You to Our Dealership Teams
To run an efficient operation, Bill Colwell Ford needs great people backing it up, which is exactly what we have in the form of various dealership teams!
Sales
When you first walk through our doors, you'll be immediately greeted by one of our dedicated sales team members. They'll start by asking what's bringing you into our dealership and what they can do to help. If you know what you're after, they can take you out for a test drive right away!
If you don't, though, that's fine, too! They'll ask you about your needs, family size, and lifestyle, and from there, they'll recommend vehicles from our new, used, and/or certified pre-owned inventories that align with those. Best of all, they'll be with you the whole time. And if you need to leave and come back, they'll make sure they're available to finish assisting you!
Finance
This is the team you'll visit with when you're ready to put your payment plan together. They are experts in both leasing and financing and have helped tons of customers with unique needs find deals that suit them.
If you're unsure which route to go, they can help you figure that out! In either case, they'll ask you to apply for financing to see what options you qualify for. You can do this in-store or online through our secure application.
What's more, they have a long-standing relationship with many banks and lenders they can contact if additional assistance is needed!
Maintenance
Think of your car as an extension of your family. Whenever you or a family member needs to see a doctor, you want to get the best care possible. The same applies to your car for whenever it needs maintenance or repairs.
When you come to our service center, you're putting it in great hands, as our maintenance team know the ins and outs of all Ford vehicles and has the knowledge and skills to work on vehicles from many other brands. They'll look over your vehicle, find out what's going on, and then come up with a plan to rectify the situation.
Best of all, they can handle anything! From routine maintenance services such as oil changes to complex transmission rebuilds, you can trust that you'll have all your needs met here. When they work on a Ford, they'll use genuine OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts, which are made and sanctioned by Ford.
This is important because these parts are specifically designed to fit your Ford and offer extra protection and performance, meaning you should be able to drive for longer periods of time in between service visits.
Parts
Bill Colwell Ford recognizes the passion many of you have for working on cars. If you're chomping at the bit to do some at-home repairs, you can visit our parts center to get anything you need! From tires to accessories to personalize your ride, you can trust our parts center team to help you find the exact items you need.
