Bill Colwell Ford is proud to recognize Austin Kramer for completing Chassis Master Retention and Engine Master Retention in Ford’s Masters Program. Austin is achieving this status for the first time. Austin is one of 596 technicians in the Chicago region who holds the Chassis Master Retention status, and he is one of 671 technicians who holds the Engine Master Retention status. To accomplish Master status, Austin completed specialty curriculum requirements that included online coursework and hands-on instruction in gasoline and diesel engine performance and repair, electrical systems, and chassis maintenance, along with his years of experience as a technician and engine specialist.
As vehicle technology continues to evolve, technicians need increased levels of knowledge and skill to effectively complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. We celebrate Austin’s accomplishment as part of Bill Colwell Ford’s commitment to having highly skilled, factory-trained technicians ready to serve our customers.
