How it Works
One of the primary benefits of Ford Roadside Assistance is just how easy it is for you to use. If you’re in an emergency, you should dial 911, but for less serious matters like a vehicle breakdown, contact Ford Roadside Assistance.
The friendly representatives will ask for a few different things:
- VIN
- Location
- License plate number
- Vehicle make, model, and color
After providing this information, Ford will send out assistance immediately.
Long Coverage Window
If you sign up for Ford Roadside Assistance when you purchase your vehicle at our Hudson, IA Ford dealership, your coverage will be good for either five years or 60,000 miles, whichever one comes first.
Lock-Out and Fuel Delivery
With Ford Roadside Assistance, you will not ever have to walk down the shoulder of the highway to fill up your gas tank. Where available, Ford Roadside Assistance will deliver up to five gallons of gas to get you back on the road.
Towing Assistance
If the unfortunate occurs and you have a breakdown within 100 feet of a road, Ford Roadside Assistance will pull it and tow it to a Ford dealership.
Tire and Battery Assistance
