Bill Colwell Ford is proud to announce that Ross Anderson, a Service Technician at Bill Colwell Ford, has completed the Senior Master Technician Program. To achieve this status Ross has to complete over 550 hours of Ford training. This is Ford Motor Company's highest certification that a technician can achieve. Ross is one of only 428 technicians in the Chicago Region to hold this status.
Ross also completed the Chassis Master Retention Program, the Drivetrain Master Retention Program, and then Engine Master Retention Program.
As vehicle technology progresses, it requires increased levels of knowledge and skill for technicians to effectively complete advanced diagnostic and repair operations. The accomplishment we celebrate today demonstrates the commitment Bill Colwell Ford has to highly trained personnel. Most importantly, this commitment fulfills our customers’ expectations that their vehicles are repaired by highly-skilled, factory-trained technicians.
