With a new year comes a fresh start. A new opportunity to make yourself better. Maybe your new year’s resolution is to eat healthier, travel more, or just to spend more time with your family.
For over 30 years at Bill Colwell Ford we’ve put you first. We’ve given you great products, from great people, and always great pricing, and that’s something that will never change. In 2016, our new year’s resolution was to make our customer’s lives easier. We made huge strides in accomplishing our goal. In January, we launched a brand new website complete with hundreds of new and pre-owned inventory and thousands of photos, to make your shopping easier. Our website also showcases the personality of Bill Colwell Ford with our staff page, history page, and our community page. If you haven’t checked those out yet, make sure to see which employee ate 240 shrimp in one sitting!
Our second stride towards customer satisfaction was opening the Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in July. The main reason we decided to open the Quick Lane is convenience for our customers. With extended hours, no appointment necessary, and a comprehensive vehicle inspection we’re able to accommodate our customers’ needs and keep providing the same great service we’ve been providing the last 32 years.
If you haven’t checked out the Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center yet, we encourage you to do so. The Quick Lane provides a full range of services including oil changes and essential maintenance, tires, alignments, brakes and more for all makes and models. And the Service Department at Bill Colwell Ford continues their regular hours to handle major repairs and warranty work.
Once again, our new year’s resolution is to make our customer’s lives easier. Whether that’s helping you find the perfect new vehicle or making sure our coffee is hot in the waiting area while we change your oil. Unlike other new year’s resolutions we never give up, and every year we promise to keep improving on customer satisfaction. It is our mission to make sure each and every one of our customers leave our dealership 100% satisfied.
So what are we going to actually do in 2017 to improve your lives? In 2017, we’re going to focus on education. And what does that mean? Over the past few years, we’ve realized that cars have become a bit more complex than they used to be. Nowadays, the capabilities of your car are endless. From calling 911 when you’re in an accident to being able to assist you in parallel parking. It’s pretty amazing everything a vehicle can do, but it can also be overwhelming to learn all the new features. We also realize that a vehicle is usually the 2nd biggest purchase you will make in your life, and we want you to get every penny’s worth.
We’ve already started on our new year’s resolution with our Feature Friday videos every week, but we’re going to keep educating. We’re going to create videos with all the new car features, but we’re also going to create how-to videos, and move into the service side of things as well.
Our first step in educating on service was to create a Facebook page for the Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center. Here we’ll have blogs about vehicle maintenance, tires, and give you tips on how to get the most out of your vehicle. We encourage you to LIKE it and stay informed with us.
