The 2018 Ford EcoSport will have a choice of two engine options. Both will be a varient of Ford's EcoBoost® engine, which is a combination of a turbocharged and a direct fuel injection engine that improves on fuel economy without sacrificng on horsepower and torque. While most Ford models offer EcoBoost engines at the top-of-the-line trim levels, the Ford EcoSport will come standard with this fuel-efficient engine.
